I went through a pretty rough experience around a relationship break up when I was 44 years old. I had other friends who were judging me and my actions too.

In the afterlife, you will not be in the heaven you think you will be in; you will still be enmeshed in your life's troubles, because the afterlife is still life. It is just life in another dimension. And you will not have the ability to change your programming there. And in your next physical life you will set up the same dramas so that you can finally face the issues and move through them. One of the first things that a person needs to consider is the question, "What am I expecting from my relationships?" But the problem with those expectations is that no one else can really give you those things.
In the midst of all that pain and suffering I went through I kept a watch on my feelings and my thoughts. It was during those times when I had my first experiences of Self-Realization. Intellectually I had learned that I was God, but those experiences were different…I remembered that I was God…it was just like I remembered where my bed was, or what my name was. I KNEW! And those experience changed me forever. I finally had the self-esteem that was previously based on other people's opinions of me. And I finally knew without a shadow of a doubt that whatever I did or thought about another, I was doing to myself. I still had habits of thought and action to overcome, but now I would not let anything or anyone deter me from making the necessary changes in my own programming. And I also know there will never be another lifetime, or a time in this lifetime,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], where I will not have this inner strength and awareness. These gifts are mine forever more!
No matter what challenges you face in your life, they are perfect and you have created them through the "Law of Attraction", this includes your relationship breakups. Walk through your fire and come out the other side. Many people consider suicide when relationships breakup. Suicide is like walking most of the way through the fire, and then turning around and walking back to the other side. You suffer so much more as a result.
I can hear some of my readers minds now, "What? No one can give me love? No one can give me support? You must be joking! And just for the record, I don't need any validation. My self-esteem is just fine thank you!" Okay,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so that is what I used to think and I am certain there are many others who still do too.
But the biggest problem is self-esteem. Most people don't have it! Most people are seeking validation from outside of themselves. Low self-esteem shows up in two forms. The most obvious is when you just don't like yourself, when your thoughts, words and actions make you feel in some way unworthy and unlovable.
As for support from others…they can give it, but you can just as easily squander it. It can even become a setback. What happens when you depend on someone and their support and then they leave? It could be divorce, it could be death, it could be work, it could be drugs or alcohol, there are many ways in which someone can leave you and take their support with them. Then where are you? Helpless and frightened and once again in judgment of Life and other people.
No matter how you slice it, relationship breakups are difficult to cope with. For those whose relationships are suffering from problems you may find this relationship advice challenging to say the least, especially if you are/were in a committed love relationship. But stay open and read it all so that you don't take something I write out of context. Believe me I have had plenty of experiences with relationship problems and breakups, and plenty of experience with finding peace and happiness in the midst of it. If I can do it, so can you!

Relationship breakups are not the end, but the beginning of the next chapter your life. Get excited and know that you are in for something far better than you ever dreamed possible and your relationship breakup will be exactly that!
When you have to face life on your own you have the greatest possibility of growing into these life skills. When you face life on your own it is much easier to see what your creations are and what are the creations of others. It becomes much easier to understand the relationship between your thoughts and your feelings, because no one else is there to create in your experience. "I think the European Union will be extremely worried about this and would regard it in a very bad way," he said. "Obviously Turkey is a candidate for EU membership, so the EU is going to want to see Turkey playing a very productive and positive role," he said.
The fallout has come at a very delicate time, as the Greek and Turkish Cypriot communities in Cyprus are engaged in the early stages of UN-brokered peace talks to try and re-unite the island.
Ker-Lindsay said that the fallout from the exploration incident has the potential to harm the talks,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
"Something like this is going to serve to make these [talks] even more fraught and serves to potentially damage the process, so I do think there will be a lot of concern about this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," he said.
Turkish Cypriots in northern Cyprus have strongly objected to any exploration by the Greek Cypriots and said that any natural reserves discovered belong to both sides.
A statement issued at the start of 2008 by the Turkish Cypriots declared that any attempt by the Greek-Cypriot side to sign agreements with neighboring countries would be considered unacceptable,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The Greek-Cypriot administration signed agreements with Egypt in 2005 and Lebanon in 2007 delineating their sea boundaries to facilitate future underwater oil and gas exploration,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
George Christofides, the director of the Office of the Permanent Secretary at the Cyprus Foreign Ministry told VOA the incident was a major concern for the government in Nicosia.
"It is of major concern to the government; first of all it reaffirms Turkish policy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which is again a policy of aggression I would say against the interests of the Republic of Cyprus," he said.
Some studies suggest there could be undersea reserves of up to eight billion barrels of crude oil off Cyprus.

Understanding the vital part played by myth in our relationships is another skill of growing significance. We are increasingly being affected by the millennium archetype: of things ending and new things beginning. However much we may think we are not influenced by advertising and the mass media, we are all creatures of culture. And culture is a complexity field in which myth gives us a way of knowing our freedom within some bounded instability.
Effective approaches are available to develop the knowledge,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], skills and attitudes needed to support vital aspects of these relationships, such as intuition, establishing a low centre of gravity, understanding how to use working groups, even learning how to laugh.
Human relationships that extend beyond the people that any one individual knows to encompass the organisation as a whole are what we classify as 'ideal'. The most tangible form in which this has become acceptable in organisations is the growing preoccupation with organisation cultures, mission statements and corporate visions and values. These are all ways in which connections between people create something more than the sum of their individual selves.
For education to be effective, the desire to learn must ultimately come from an internalised motivation, as anyone who has battled to teach people who don't want to learn can testify. There's a world of difference between people who come eager to learn and find out new things, and those who stubbornly don't want to budge from their current state of knowledge.

Instead, the stereotype is derived from an accumulation of information, mis-information, emotions and images drawn from the past.
The ideal relationship involves factors at the far boundaries of what we know, which is why it is often called a state of 'bounded instability' or 'the edge of chaos'. This relationship influences efficiency and effectiveness because it always involves an erring in one direction or another and whichever one is fully developed brings with it a new problem. The ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus, who said the world is in a continuous state of flux, pointed out over 2500 years ago that whatever we succeed in doing contains the seed of the next problems. This means that ideal relations require individuals and organisations to unlearn what has worked well previously. This is very different to, and even trickier than, unlearning in the unfinished relationship, where it is necessary give up things that have not worked in the past.
